Australia's offshore oil and gas industry is entering a major decommissioning era. Some assets will reach end of life with owners who cannot meet their obligations. AID Group exists so that industry has a capable, independent and transparent way to decommission those assets safely, on time and at the lowest responsible cost, without defaulting to slower and more expensive pathways.

Experience without the overhead
AID Group brings together senior professionals whose careers were built inside operating companies, including Chevron, Shell, Woodside and Santos. Between us we have decades of experience offshore Australia: fulfilling registered operator and titleholder duties, planning and executing well abandonment campaigns, managing late-life operations and suspension, securing Commonwealth and State regulatory approvals, and delivering subsea and facilities removal, recycling and disposal. We understand operators because we have been operators, and we bring that discipline without the overhead.
